Lucy Farnes
Workplace Coach
Lucy is a learning and development expert with over 20 years’ experience in Higher Education and Local Government who is committed to helping individuals, teams and organisations fulfil their potential. She currently operates in a local authority where she works in partnership with the business to initiate, design, deliver, commission and evaluate high quality learning and development activities.
She joined ioda as a Workplace Coach, supporting our leadership and management Apprentices as they worked towards their apprenticeship and the associated Diploma. Using the experience that she has gained working in the public sector, she provides the pragmatic and real-life challenge to ensure that they get the most out of their time on our programmes.
