Pete is a former Head of the University of Oxford’s Disability Advisory Service Pete Quinn collaborated on inclusion with all of Oxford’s teaching spaces, laboratories, libraries and museums as well as inclusive practice in graduate recruitment in financial, legal, retail and consulting sectors. As a member of the University of Oxford's Working Party on Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) Pete contributed to the national SpLD Assessment Standards Committee (SASC) work on ensuring students with ADHD were supported by the Disabled Students Allowances government scheme. 

Pete currently works with organisations in a variety of sectors on inclusive practice on neurodiversity and mental health particularly in Education, Arts and Heritage and Public Sector. He recently worked across Hong Kong and Singapore in sharing inclusive practice across the school and University Sectors as a Guest Lecturer in the Department of Counselling and SEN at the Education University of Hong Kong.
