Operations Manager

As Operations Manager Helen is responsible for ensuring all administration and logistical issues are organised and undertaken efficiently and effectively to enable the complex machinery of ioda, to function.  While managing a dedicated administration team, Helen also works closely with our Managing Director and our Head of Training and Operations in relation to planning, compliance and client service management. 

As Centre Co-ordinator, Helen is also responsible for all dealings with our accreditation partners including the CMI, City & Guilds and the ILM ensuring we meet the highest standards expected.
