As a former senior HR Manager, Sarah brings a solid background in managing strategic HR projects along with day-to-day operational activities. In her previous roles she has had to have influence and coach at senior levels whilst demonstrating the sensitivity and flexibility to interact with individuals across the business to affect outcomes. She is qualified and experienced in psychometric testing and assessment including OPQ,16pf and MBTI. She is an accredited user of Korn Ferry Styles and Climate 180° alongside Korn Ferry and SHL 360° feedback diagnostic tools.
It is these skills that are particularly important in her role as a Workplace Coach in ioda. Working with Apprentices from across economic sectors, she helps them develop into supportive and inclusive leaders who can drive cultural change to improve the organisations that they work and to achieve business objectives.
