Apprenticeship Support - Business Support Team
Working alongside Bethany Brown in our Apprenticeship support team, Sam is responsible for ensuring the Apprentice’s learning journey runs smoothly and effectively. She is pivotal in supporting our learners to ensure that they remain on track and achieve their goal of both completing their Apprenticeship and gaining their Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
Sam is a constant presence throughout an Apprentice’s learning journey, from initial liaison prior to induction, through the submission of their work and attendance on workshops and webinars, ending with their End Point Assessment.
Since the inauguration of the ioda House training facility 'The Venue', Sam has managed this facility from client booking through to learner hospitality demonstrating not only her high level of competence but also her enthusiasm for customer service.
