Leadership & Management Trainer
A former senior manager, with over 30 years’ experience, Mark is a valuable member of the ioda training team and specialises in the design and delivery of Leadership and Management including Strategic, Tactical and Operational grades. Mark also delivers specific Leadership skills including Auditable Decision Making and Leading in a Collaborative environment, helping prepare managers for their 21st Century leadership role.
As a former head of Learning and Development, Mark has been involved in and provided oversight for a range of service areas and strategic training interventions. A qualified trainer, Mark is well qualified and experienced to support and develop others as part of their leadership journey. He has considerable experience across the public, private and charitable sectors, having delivered leadership and management training to organisations as varied as the UK College of Policing to B&Q and as far afield as Tanzania and Abu Dhabi, as part of UK sponsored aid projects.
