Training Manager
As Training Manager David is fundamental in ensuring that our Training design and delivery remain both current and engaging ensuring that learners have the best experience whilst on an ioda programme. His experience in the education sector brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. David's supportive and approachable nature coupled with his coaching experience enables Apprentices to suceed. David works closley with the rest of the ioda team to develop training materials, online content and immersive learning journeys for all of our programmes including Apprenticeships most recently Senior Leader. David has background in coaching on the Senior Leaders Programme. David also delivers training on our Leadership & Management programmes.
