Sally Dale
Managing Director
A founding member of ioda, Sally holds the position of Managing Director responsible for the strategic management of our business including apprenticeship compliance, and financial oversight. Responsible for our strategic partnerships, Sally has strong links with a range of external organisations including ESFA, CMI, ILM, C&G, IIP and Lincoln University
She also has extensive experience in learning and development specialising in executive coaching and group facilitation. She is qualified to Master’s Degree and is a member of several prestigious organisations including being a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and is also a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute.
Sally specialises in executive coaching supporting strategic and operational managers having worked extensively across the UK in all sectors including public, corporate and voluntary as well as internationally where she has coached executives in Rwanda, India, The Maldives and The Sudan. She has also developed a range of financial training programmes including our highly successful commercial awareness workshop.
