  • For strategic leaders redesigning services, systems and customer experiences
  • For team-level leaders improving processes, performance and operational effectiveness

Together, these create a cross-organisational transformation engine. 

Ioda transformation pods – the heart of the pathway

At the core of the transformation pathway, are the Ioda Transformation Pods – cross-functional groups of learners who work together on live organisational challenges.  

The transformation pods are structured learning groups focused on four key areas: People, Operations, Design and Sustainability. 

Learners move through a cycle of learn, apply, redesign, improve and embed, building capability while delivering tangible change. This model breaks down silos, accelerates transformation, creates shared ownership of outcomes, and improves organisational performance in real time. 

What learners develop:

  • Human-centred leadership: Understanding people, behaviour, psychology and culture
  • Service redesign capability: Mapping journeys, exploring user needs, redesigning end-to-end experiences
