Jen is an ICF Accredited Professional Coach with over nine years’ experience working as a Coach which underpins her previous 17 years’ experience as a trainer and facilitator. Working primarily in the commercial and public sectors including NHS, Schools and local authorities, Jen has a successful track record of developing people to meet business and personal objectives at all levels within an organisation.

Her specific skills in active listening, questioning techniques, motivation, communication, marketing and business development, coupled with strong communication skills and natural enthusiasm for delivering the best results, make her an ideal addition to the ioda coaching team.

Since joining ioda a year ago, Jen has undertaken extensive training with other experienced coaches and now supports cohorts of learners within our Emergency Services clients. Jen’s commitment and adaptability are demonstrated here with their learners who are part of a 24/7 organisation and work across a variety of complex shift patterns.
