As training manager Claire has responsibility for Apprenticeship programmes and full cost programmes and as such, plays a major role in ensuring optimum customer service for both the clients and students.

Claire comes from a strong background in education and has over 15 years’ experience in the sector which includes many years in the classroom. As a result, Claire brings a clear focus on quality and compliance and takes a lead on EFSA and Ofsted.

Claire is also able to use her depth of knowledge and experience of working with awarding bodies to interpret and build unique curriculum models which respond to the needs of clients.
