The Operations Manager Apprenticeship has been designed for practising middle managers or those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills.
The apprenticeship has a strong focus on the development of the individual’s personal capabilities and competencies.
Successful apprentices will also be awarded the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
Who is it for?
Middle Managers within an organisation, example roles include Head of Service, Operations, Regional or Divisional Manager, Store Manager or Head of Department and a variety of specialist managers.
Responsibilities
Inputting into strategic planning, creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management and supporting people through coaching & mentoring.
Qualification level
CMI Level 5/Diploma in Management and Leadership Plus Chartered Manager Status
