Building High Performance Teams
Background:
It has long been recognised that the effectiveness of a high performing team and the benefits they bring far outweigh the impact of groups of individuals. However, performing teams do not occur by accident they need to be encouraged, cultivated, guided and managed. The skills necessary to create and maintain these teams include moral courage, boundary and goal setting, milestone measurements and maintenance.

Using a range of tried and tested, creative and innovative approaches, managers can turn mediocre groups disparate employees into enthusiastic and highly effective teams. In a time of greater demand on finite resources, there has never been a greater need for effective team management.
