Background:
 

The art of communication has always been recognised as a primary skill in the management and motivation of others.  The ability to communicate effectively, with clarity, warmth and on occasions humour are highly prised by staff and colleagues.  Managers who communicate well can also lead and motivate others to follow and achieve success for the organisation. 

All too often, the ability to communicate is viewed as inherent when in fact these skills can be taught and learned.
 
Overview:
 
This is a highly engaging, interactive and on occasions humorous workshop recognising that the most common and used skill of every manager is communication, this course explores the full range of both interpersonal and technical forms of communication.  Using a variety of participator exercises, including group activities, peer assessment and multiple role play scenarios, delegates practice what they learn in a safe and supportive environment.
 
Aims:
  • To allow delegates to explore their interpersonal communication styles and develop an increased self awareness of how they communicate
  • To develop clarity, clearness and simplicity in the manner which demonstrates confidence and instils motivation in others

This 1 day programme is prepared and presented in-house exclusively for your organisation at a time and location that suits you. This programme requires a minimum of 8 delegates.
