Background:
The art of communication has always been recognised as a primary skill in the management and motivation of others. Overview:
This is a highly engaging, interactive and on occasions humorous workshop recognising that the most common and used skill of every manager is communication, this course explores the full range of both interpersonal and technical forms of communication. Using a variety of participator exercises, including group activities, peer assessment and multiple role play scenarios, delegates practice what they learn in a safe and supportive environment.
