First Steps into Management
Background:

In a time of rising demands against less resources and the need to demonstrate best value, managers have never been under greater pressure of scrutiny, Ensuring managers understand their role, the need to manage and their responsibilities to the organisation has never been greater. All too often, new managers feel pressured to conform to the 'team culture' and not manage on behalf of the organisation. This can lead to individual stress, poor performance and reduced activity.

The workshop is facilitated using problem solving activities, group discussions and personal reflection to ensure a range of learning methods are used creating a safe environment.
