This course is designed to increase delegate’s awareness and competence in identifying, stopping and preventing harassment and bullying and discriminatory behaviours before they escalate into unpleasant issues requiring costly reactive legal attention.

To develop an awareness of how harassment and bullying affects an individual and the organisation and examines their responses to it.

This programme provides managers and staff with the tools, knowledge and skills they need to recognise, stop and prevent all forms of harassment and bullying behaviours.
