We design each training programme to meet your specific needs in terms of aims, objectives, delegate’s needs, organisational culture, resources, budget and delivery style and outcomes.
Aim:
Gender equality - general awareness raising that meets the spirit of legislation, challenges stereotypes and includes acceptable behaviour and language.
The course is not about blame or heated discussion around sexism but about identifying issues of gender inequality. Links will be made to legislation and its application within your organisation.
The course will use different techniques, quizzes, historical perspectives, case studies and small group work to facilitate discussions. Stereotypes will be identified; language will be explored to identify personal and institutional discrimination.
