Background:
From the suffragette movement to the present day, gender inequality has been a constant challenge to individuals, organisations and society at large. Despite the huge increases in legislation and the protection that this provides, employment tribunals have a backlog of cases in relation to this agenda.
Since 2000, there has not been a week that has been free of gender discrimination issues (Source: EHRC). This clearly highlights the constant requirement of organisations to address issues of gender equality in relation to service provision.
Overview:
This course has been developed to address gender issues and inequality. This will be a highly participatory and engaging course that will seek to address some of the more complex issues faced by today's gender mix.
It will be balanced, practical, pragmatic and challenging to those individuals attending this exceptional training event.
