  • Recognise the effect of their behaviour on other people (both colleagues and members of the public) and the need to challenge in-appropriate behaviour in others.
  • Understand prejudice and discrimination and how it manifests itself both internally and externally.
  • Ensure they behave within current legislation and guidelines and understand how legislation underpins equality and diversity in the workplace and society.
Programme Duration:

This Half day or One day programme is prepared and presented in-house exclusively for your organisation at a time and location that suits you. This programme requires a minimum of 8 delegates.
