Background:
 
Ensuring staff operate and support the organisation's values, goals and objectives is a critical success factor.  However, often no-one knows what is actually 'going on'.  Whilst staff surveys have their place, this audit approach is researched in greater detail and provides a robust and reliable analysis of working practice. This approach was introduced after the McPherson Report and is held as best practice with Equality & Diversity professionals.

This research examines the organisations informal culture and working practice against its formal aims and policies.  The resulting gap analysis informs managers as to the current health of its staff, culture and service provision.
