Harassment & Bullying
Background:

Professional behaviour at work is marred by the conduct & behaviour of individual or individuals who through harassment or bullying deliberately undermine the competency and confidence of those they work beside.  In the UK, in 2008 alone, £13.5billion (estimate) was lost in productivity as a direct consequence of harassment and bullying.

Due to the connotation of the 'school playground', most people in the professional setting do not want to acknowledge that harassment and bullying can take place in such an environment.  Denial of the problem, or using various euphemisms such as 'it's a personality clash' or 'they just don't get on' allows the behaviour to continue, creating the environment where not only the recipient is affected, but staff working alongside them become infected by the bullying process.

Overview:

A challenging and thought provoking event that provides a safe environment to explore and appreciate the complexity of harassment and bullying.

We create a sense of reality by exploring recent cases and personal experiences using best practice at all times.  Our open and supportive approach instils confidence and reassurance to explore this sometimes sensitive subject.
