Background:

All too often, organisations, departments and individuals experience the feeling of being 'in a rut'. Constantly under pressure to deliver results, individuals often feel they have no choice but to constantly repeat their activities. However, recognising the benefits of using both 'left and right brain' activities can help us utilise structure, with innovative and new ideas.

This workshop will provide you with the tools and techniques to enhance your performance and results. The course will illustrate how to solve problems through practical exercises and group work enabling you to generate ideas and solutions to problems. You will recognise your lateral and logical abilities and gain self-confidence to deal with day-to-day issues and challenges.
