Our Client Services Team (CST) are based across the UK. They are all experienced and highly skilled trainers and consultants who also have the responsibility for looking after our clients in their home region.
Client Services Managers (CSM) are local to our clients. They know the area, the demographics and the challenges faced by each individual client. It is their role to provide that personal service ensuring our clients know who will take care of them, to have a face to a name and the confidence that someone really cares.
Our CSM's are more than account managers. As trainers and consultants they are always working with clients either providing training or in house support. They have the knowledge, experience, currency and credibility to quickly gain an understanding of your needs and provide a solution that exceeds expectations.
Their role is to provide a single point of contact to maintain the highest quality of service and ensure that swift and innovative solutions are available.
